Ozzy fears end to stage career

Ozzy Osbourne says he’s frightened that he might never perform again after his near-fatal ATV accident, reports ABC News.

The former Black Sabbath star, who came close to death after the accident on his Buckinghamshire estate, also said he worried that he could become addicted to the medication he needs to aid his recovery.

The 55-year-old rocker suffered eight broken ribs, a punctured lung, a smashed collarbone and a crushed vertebra in his neck.

“I’m really frightened, because music is the love of my life,” he told “Primetime.” “And performing … the thought of not being able to do that anymore frightens me.”

Rumors swirl about Houston baby

Whitney Houston has stunned fans by reportedly declaring she’s pregnant in front of a concert audience in Russia, reports IMDB.com.

The embattled “I Will Always Love You” singer, 40, performed Feb. 8 at St. Petersburg’s Ice Palace. Local reports say she put her hand on her stomach and declared, “This song is for my daughter Kristina, and also for my future baby, who I have here.”

She later broke down in tears when she dedicated a song to her late father, John.

Houston has yet to confirm or deny whether she is expecting what would be her second child and husband Bobby Brown’s fifth.

NBC plans intern reality show

New York — The “Today” show will introduce eight NBC interns Friday who will compete in a weeklong series called “The Intern.”

Developed to model the network’s successful prime-time show “The Apprentice,” the interns will be broken into two teams, with a participant being “fired” each day until there are four remaining winners, NBC said Tuesday.

The four winning interns will go on special assignment with the “Today” show team — co-hosts Katie Couric and Matt Lauer, news anchor Ann Curry and weather and feature reporter Al Roker — and the other four will return to their prior intern assignments within NBC.

Couric and Lauer will be “dismissing” an intern each day, with the guidance of Roker and Curry, who will act as advisers.

Hillary Clinton graces T-shirts

Washington — Designer Marc Jacobs has a new muse, and her name is Hillary.

Jacobs, known for using “Lost in Translation” director Sofia Coppola to sell his line of casual chic clothing and accessories, has found new inspiration in an unlikely place: Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Jacobs has designed a series of T-shirts with a print of the New York senator’s smiling face superimposed on colors ranging from hot pink to dark brown, vaguely reminiscent of Andy Warhol’s iconic series of Marilyn Monroe prints.

For those who want to wear their support for the Democratic senator on their short-sleeves, the T-shirts cost a hefty $55 apiece. For those who want the long-sleeved version, the price tag is $60.

Friends of Hillary announced Wednesday it is selling the shirts over its Web site, www.friendsofhillary.com.
