Columbia, Mo. ? Chesley Dabbs scored 14 points and Erin Grant hit a driving shot with 11 seconds left, securing No. 9 Texas Tech’s 73-68 victory Tuesday over Missouri.

Tech (22-4, 8-4 Big 12 Conference) held on in a frantic finish after leading by 14 points with less than 12 minutes to play.

Missouri (13-10, 4-8) started getting the defensive stops it needed down the stretch and rallied with a 9-1 run, cutting the lead to 69-68 on Evan Unrau’s two free throws with 1:24 left.

The Tigers had a chance to take the lead after Grant threw away an inbounds pass, but MyEsha Perkins missed a jumper and Alesha Robertson rebounded for Tech.

Unrau led Missouri with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Stretch James pitched in 15 points.
