• Kansas leads the all-time series, 97-49, and has won three straight against Oklahoma State.
• KU won the last meeting, 79-61, March 1, 2003, on Senior Day.
• KU coach Bill Self is 1-3 against the Cowboys, and OSU head coach Eddie Sutton 9-19 versus the Jayhawks.
• Sutton, a native of Bucklin, has coached against Kansas while serving at Arkansas, Creighton and Oklahoma State.
• Keith Langford needs one point to pass Jacque Vaughn for 28th place on Kansas’ all-time career scoring list and three points to pass Scot Pollard and Greg Dreiling for 26th place on that chart.
• Marcus Dove, a red-shirt freshman, and Tremaine Fuqua, a junior, are serving indefinite suspensions because of a violation of team rules. Fuqua has been sidelined because of an elbow injury.
