Jennifer Seeley-Burton

Services for Jennifer Seeley-Burton, 33, Lawrence, will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Lawrence Catholic Center.

She died Thursday, Feb. 5, 2004, at University of Kansas Hospital, Kansas City, Kan.

She was born Nov. 27, 1970, in Holton, the daughter of James and Anita (Kuhn) Seeley.

Ms. Seeley-Burton graduated from Holton High School and Kansas University.

She was a social worker for The Shelter Inc., and worked with juveniles. She moved Lawrence in 1990.

She married Mark Burton on May 27, 2001, in Lawrence. He survives, of the home.

Also surviving are her mother, Holton; a daughter, Maddie James Seeley-Burton, of the home; a son, Miles Joseph Seeley-Pem, of the home; a brother, James Seeley, Brooklyn, N.Y.; and a sister, Annie Stanley, Odessa, Texas.

The family suggests memorials to the Maddie Seeley-Burton & Miles Seeley-Pem Memorial Fund at US Bank, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
