Haskell Indian Nations University’s Corey Ladson was named Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference men’s basketball player of the week after averaging 15.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in two games last week.

HINU was 1-1 in those games.

Ladson, a 6-foot-2 junior from Crow Agency, Mont., was 11-for-19 from the field, 3-for-4 from three-point range and 6-for-7 from the free-throw line during that span.
