David Allen Kennedy

Oskaloosa ? Services for David Allen Kennedy, 36, Garnett, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Barnett Funeral Home in Oskaloosa. Burial will follow in Meriden Cemetery.

Mr. Kennedy died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004, at Overland Park Regency Medical Center.

He was born April 27, 1968, in Lawrence, the son of Willard Francis and Hazel Lorraine Bolz Kennedy. He graduated from McLouth High School in 1986.

Mr. Kennedy worked as a salvage man in Jefferson County and recently for Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Ottawa as a warehouse bailer.

Survivors include his mother, Garnett; a brother, Willard F., Jr., Lecompton; four sisters, Ronica Sue Allensworth, Topeka, Judy James, Lawrence, Dianna L. McClendon, Manhattan, and Betty Grubb, Emmitt.

The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
