Chicago Board of Trade
Soybean and grain futures advanced Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for March rose 2 1/2 cents to $3.09 1/2 bushel; March corn rose 1 1/2 cents to $2.07 a bushel; March oats rose 2 1/4 cents to $1.61 a bushel; January soybeans rose 4 1/4 cents to $5.50 1/2 a bushel.
Beef futures increased while pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. February live cattle rose .40 cent to 91.55 cents a pound; January feeder cattle rose .48 cent to $1.052 a pound.
