Brune-Combs

Laura Michele Brune and Kevin Kelley Combs, both of Overland Park, were married Sept. 11, 2004, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lawrence with Father Mick Mulvaney officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Randol and Nancy Brune, McLouth. The groom is the son of Richard and Brenda Combs, Overland Park.

Maid of honor was Emily Iverson. Bridesmaids were Jaime Robinett, Amanda Herrington, Christy Moormann and Rebekah Mayes. Best man was Brian Combs. Groomsmen were Daren Koudele, Chris Driscoll, Jason Seymour and Jeff Walworth. Flower girl was Brooke Worrel. Ring bearer was Owen Seymour. Ushers were Daniel Brune and Matthew Blume. Reader was Kelly Seymour. Cantor was Clay Johnston.

A dinner and dance reception was given at the SpringHill Suites in Lawrence. The couple took a honeymoon trip to Hawaii.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Olathe South High School. She attends Kansas University and will be pursuing graduate work in exercise physiology.

The groom is a 1997 graduate of Blue Valley Northwest High School. He graduated from Kansas State University in mechanical engineering. He is the owner of Combs Residential Rehab and Remodeling, LLC.

Honeyman-Frazier

Kerri Lynn Honeyman and Brian Steven Frazier were married Sept. 18, 2004, at Asbury United Methodist Church in Prairie Village.

Parents of the couple are Janet Honeyman and Roger McCollister, Lawrence, and Irvin and Jeannie Clubine, Garden City.

Maid of honor was Katy Hulsebus. Matron of honor was Sarah Diacon. Bridal attendants were Lindsey Taylor, Katie Rottinghaus, Haley Honeyman, and Bailey Koepsel. Best Man was Scott Clubine. Groomsmen were Andrew McDonnell, Sean Keenan, Dan Keenan, Bryan Tebbe and Dustin Hawks.

Ushers were Dustin Honeyman, Greg Culbertson, Jim Calvert and Trevor McKeeman.

Candle lighters were Ashley Frazier and Meg McCollister. Bell ringers were Allison Frazier and Megan Frazier.

A reception followed at the Woodside Tennis Club.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia. They reside in Prairie Village.

Bartlett-Jones

Catherine Bartlett and Stephen Jones, both of Fort Collins, Colo., were married Sept. 4, 2004, at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colo., with the Rev. Don Bird officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Susan Bartlett, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Robert and Pamela Jones, Fort Collins, Colo.

Maid of honor was Melanie Bartlett. Matron of honor was Peony Allen. Bridesmaids were Christine Higgins, Aimee Ravgiala, Lori Seaberg and Gretchen Specht. Best men were Bradley Moline and Ben Patella. Groomsmen were John Mackin, Forest Glaser, Tyler James and Blake Larsen.

Ushers were Nick Salvadore and Padraic Keane. Ring bearer was Jacob Harper. Flower girl was Grace Harper.

A reception followed the ceremony at the University Park Holiday Inn in Fort Collins, Colo.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Lawrence High School and a 2000 graduate of Colorado State University. She is the events director for the Lydia Dody Breast Cancer Foundation in Fort Collins, Colo.

The groom is a 1995 graduate of Fort Collins High School and a 2003 graduate of Colorado State University. He is a land surveyor at King Surveyors in Windsor, Colo.

The couple reside in Fort Collins, Colo.

Fox-Lock

Jill JoAnn Fox and Paul Alexander Lock were married July 24, 2004, at Crown College Chapel in St. Bonifacius, Minn., with the Rev. Glen Myers officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Rita Fox, Britt, Iowa. The groom is the son of Jim and Maggie Lock, Lawrence.

Maid of honor was Miriam Fox. Best man was Phil Horn. Bridesmaids were Amanda Fox, Annie Lock, Amy Stumbo, Amy Fulkerson and Lori Nungesser. Groomsmen were James Lock, David Lock, Josh Lock, Carter Fox and Steve Wyss. Flower girl was Alexis Lock. Ring bearer was Jimmy Lock. Ushers were Tim Fox, Jason Gray, Leon Lew and Greg Overpeck.

A reception was given at the Crescent Moon Stables in New Germany, Minn.

Jill and Paul Lock

The bride is a graduate of West Hancock High School, Britt, Iowa. She received a bachelor’s degree in music education from Crown College. She teaches elementary school music in Eden Prairie, Minn. The groom is a Lawrence High School graduate. He received a bachelor’s degree in business from Kansas University. He is employed at Student Assurance Services in Minnesota.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Cape San Blas, Florida. They reside in Bloomington, Minn.
