Kent Leon Gragg

? Services for Kent Leon Gragg, 55, Flint, Mich., will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Quenemo United Methodist Church. Inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Quenemo.

Mr. Gragg died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, in Grand Blanc, Mich.

He was born March 19, 1949, in Ottawa, the son of Vernon F. and Lara Nell Smoot Gragg. He graduated from Quenemo High School in 1967. He had lived in Flint for the past five years and in Lawrence for several years before that.

Mr. Gragg joined the U.S. Navy in 1968 and served for 12 years. He worked for the Lawrence school district and for the city of Lawrence in the sewer department for several years. He worked in apartment maintenance in Flint. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 852 in Lawrence, where he served as post commander.

Survivors include his mother, Lara Nell Stout, Quenemo; four brothers, Randy and Aaron, both of Topeka, Dale, Hemet, Calif., and David; and a sister, Trudy Harris, Grass Valley, Calif.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
