Lake Forest, Ill. -- Chicago linebacker Brian Urlacher is to have an MRI on his hamstring this week, and his status for the final three games is unknown. Urlacher was injured Sunday in a 22-3 loss to Jacksonville. The Bears are 5-4 when Urlacher plays, and 0-4 when he doesn't.

Plummer faces fine

Denver -- The NFL is reviewing Jake Plummer's actions under its policy that prohibits public displays of profanity, a review that likely will lead to a fine. The Denver quarterback made an obscene gesture toward the stands Sunday in a 20-17 victory over Miami.
