Walter J. Reilly

Leavenworth ? Private burial services for Walter J. Reilly, 79, Lawrence, were Friday in Leavenworth National Cemetery.

Mr. Reilly died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

He was born March 6, 1925, in New York City, the son of Thomas J. and Mary Creane Reilly. He moved to Lawrence from Bronx, N.Y., in 1969.

Mr. Reilly was a World War II Veteran, serving from 1945 to 1947. He worked for Farmer’s Cooperative Assn. and for Montgomery Ward.

Survivors include a brother, Thomas, Lawrence.
