Grace Roseann Long

Baldwin ? Services for Grace Roseann Long, 71, Baldwin, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Light House Baptist Church in Baldwin. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park Cemetery in Abilene, Texas.

Mrs. Long died Monday, Nov. 29, 2004, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

She was born Nov. 19, 1933, in Columbus, Ohio. She moved to Phoenix, where she graduated from high school. She moved to Lubbock, Texas, and then to Fair Oaks Ranch in Vidor, Texas. She moved to Abilene, Texas, in 1960, where she resided until she had a stroke Feb. 9. She then moved to Baldwin to live near her daughter.

She married Ralph C. Long. He died earlier.

Survivors include a son, Ralph “Jigger” Long, Abilene, Texas; two daughters, Rebecca Suzanne “Suzy” Johnson, Jackson, Ohio, and Rachel Lucinda “Lucy” Glover, Lawrence; a brother, Glenn Karr, Salem, Ore.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
