“Julia Child: A Tribute” (8 p.m. Sunday, Food Network) honors the author, public-television star and food lover, who died last week at age 91. “Tribute” includes vintage clips from her own show, as well as appearances on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson” and an inspired Child spoof from “Saturday Night Live.”

The Food Network dedicates most of Sunday to remembering Child, beginning with a repeat of “In the Kitchen” (7:30 a.m., Food) featuring a conversation between the chef and host Sara Moulton about butter sauces.

Child also appears on repeats of “Wolfgang Puck” (8 a.m.) and “From Martha’s Kitchen” (9 a.m.). During primetime, a repeat of “Emeril Live” (7 p.m.) features Child discussing some of her favorite recipes, including cream of leek and potato soup, cheese souffle, roasted chicken and tarte tatin.
