Lorene Allison Boyd
Services for Lorene Allison Boyd, 81, Lawrence, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Church of Christ in Trenton, Texas. Burial will be in Arledge Ridge Cemetery in Fannin County, Texas.
Mrs. Boyd died Friday, Aug. 13, 2004, in Trenton, Texas.
She was born Aug. 25, 1922, in Japton, Ark., the daughter of Isaac and Oma Wheeler McChristian.
She married Ernest C. Allison. He died earlier. She then married Vernon Boyd, Lawrence. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, Randall E. Allison, Austin, Texas; two daughters, Martha Jo Pierce, Trenton, Texas, and Rebecca A. Samstag, Bridgeport, Texas; two sisters, Lucille Kennedy, Salem, Ore., and Mildred Cameron, Lebanon, Ore.; two stepdaughters, Doris John, Lawrence, and Judy Chen, Houston; four grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; a great-grandchild; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Earnheart Funeral Home in Whitewright, Texas.
