Peggy Brand

Mrs. Brand died Sunday, April 25, 2004, at Tonganoxie Nursing Center.

She was born Dec. 19, 1930, in Cordell, Okla., the daughter of Luther and Minnie Baldridge Wilkerson.

Mrs. Brand was a homemaker and member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Houston, Miss.

She married Johnnie Brand on March 18, 1950, in Enid, Okla. He survives, of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Carol Manis, Basehor, and Jayne Kraai, Kansas City, Mo.; two brothers, Derrell Wilkerson, Oklahoma City, and Ronald Wilkerson, Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters, Roberta Chase, Tulsa, Okla., Vada Martin, Springfield, Mo., and Lavonne Mangus, Oklahoma City; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Quisenberry Funeral Home in Tonganoxie is in charge of arrangements.
