Chicago Board of Trade

Grain and soybean futures prices were sharply higher in trading Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat futures for May delivery were 4 1/4 cents higher at $3.78 1/4 a bushel; May corn was 8 cents higher at $3.09 1/4 a bushel; May oats were 6 cents higher at $1.72 1/4 a bushel; May soybeans were 38 1/2 higher at $10.03 a bushel.

Cattle futures prices were higher and pork futures prices were mixed in trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
