Clara Mae Puckett
Services for Clara Mae Puckett, 88, Lawrence, will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary in Lawrence. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Puckett died Friday, April 9, 2004, at Pioneer Ridge Retirement Community in Lawrence.
She was born April 11, 1915, in Lawrence, the daughter of Jesse F. and Della Long Cole.
Mrs. Puckett was a homemaker.
She married Harry W. Puckett on Aug. 7, 1976, in Hastings, Neb. He survives, of the home.
Other survivors include two daughters, Clarice Patchen and Dee Dee Commons, both of Lawrence; a son, Daryl Richardson, Lawrence; two sisters, Louise Swadley, Oilton, Okla., and Annabelle Carter, Dallas; five grandsons; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A son, Arlen D. Richardson, died in 1970.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
The family suggests memorials to Hospice Care of Douglas County, sent in care of the mortuary.
