Burglaries and thefts reported

• A 19-year-old Lawrence man reported Tuesday that his Honda moped and its Kansas license plate had been taken between 7:30 p.m. Monday and 1 p.m. Tuesday from the 1000 block of Emery Road. Items were valued at $1,003.
