Theodore Clair Jr.

Leavenworth ? Private inurnment for Theodore Clair Jr., 78, Tonganoxie, will be in Leavenworth National Cemetery.

Mr. Clair died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2003, at his home.

He was born March 28, 1925, in Kansas City, Kan., the son of Theodore and Mildred Clair.

Mr. Clair was a World War II Army veteran and had retired as an operating engineer for Trans World Airlines in Kansas City, Mo.

He married Betty Zimmer on March 16, 1947, in Kansas City, Kan. She died Jan. 4, 2001.

Survivors include three sons, Frank and Theodore III, both of Kansas City, Kan., and Paul, Tonganoxie; a brother, Leroy, Kansas City, Kan.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
