Erma Morgan, Lawrence, receives recognition for more than 50 years of membership in the Round Table Book Club. She was honored during a luncheon in July at the home of Margaret Shirk. Round Table was organized in 1880. Morgan became a member in 1947.

Participants in the Lawrence Public Library summer 2003 VolunTEEN program celebrate the end of the summer. The group had a party Aug. 8 at the library, 707 Vt. Forty teenagers volunteered a total of 574 hours during the summer.
