Moore services

Eudora ? Graveside services for Juanita Moore, 78, Eudora, will be at 1 p.m. Friday in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery in Eudora.

Mrs. Moore died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

She was born Sept. 6, 1925, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Fred and Ellen (McKune) Metz.

Mrs. Moore was a homemaker and member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora.

She married Donald G. Moore on July 25, 1945, in Kansas City, Kan. He died Oct. 11, 1989.

Survivors include five sons, Tim Moore and John Moore, both of Eudora, Donald Moore Jr., Denver, Patrick Moore, McMinnville, Tenn., and David Moore, Butler, Pa.; three daughters, Beverly Costello, Eudora, Rebecca Edwards, Ottawa, and Mary Johnson, Clovis, N.M.; 21 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

A daughter, Teresa Cudney, died Nov. 30, 1992.

Friends may call from noon to 9 p.m. today at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, where the family will receive them from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today.

The family suggests memorials to American Diabetes Assn., sent in care of the funeral home.
