Rockford, Ill. ? Rockford set the Division III scoring record Saturday in a 105-0 win over Trinity Bible College.

The previous single-game scoring record was 97 points set by Concordia-Moorehead in 1977.

Marcus Howard rushed for 334 yards on 28 carries and scored a school-record five touchdowns for Rockford. Backup running back Isaac Holloway ran for four TDs and 78 yards.

Rockford only attempted two passes in the game, both for touchdowns of 44 and 40 yards in the first quarter.
