Just in time for Christmas, Wildlife and Parks will offer 19 days of free hunting, fishing and park entrance to anyone who buys a 2004 Kansas license or permit.

Next year’s licenses and park permits will go on sale Dec. 13 and will be valid for the remainder of 2003 and all of 2004.

Hunting, fishing and furharvester licenses, annual park permits and annual trail passes are all included.

The 2004 licenses will be available from license vendors, Wildlife and Parks offices and at www.kdwp.state.ks.us.

In addition, gifts for the hunter, angler or birdwatcher can be found at Wildlife and Parks’ Outdoor Stores — open year-round at state parks and the KDWP’s Pratt office.

T-shirts featuring a variety of wildlife, orange and camouflage hats, and subscriptions to Wildlife and Parks magazine are among the many offerings.
