Jerri Mason and Justin Ahrens, both of Lawrence, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Carol Mason, Eudora, and Jerry and Jan Mason, Tonganoxie. She is a 2000 graduate of Eudora High School. She finished Lifewatch Bible Institute in 2002 in Wichita. She attends Johnson County Community College.

The future groom is the son of Mike and Julie Ahrens, Eudora. He is a 1999 graduate of Eudora High School. He attended Pittsburgh State University for two years. He is a service adviser at Jim Clark Motors.

The couple plan a March 13 wedding at First Southern Baptist Church in Lawrence.
