The Wakarusa Group of Sierra Club invites the public to two scheduled field outings.

The Wildflower Walk will take participants into Baldwin Woods, with Caleb Morse of Kansas University’s McGregor Herbarium from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.

The Konza Prairie Hike and Bison Tour will be a one-hour, one-mile hike focusing on wildflowers and the tall-grass prairie ecosystem followed by a two-hour auto tour of bison territory. The tour will last from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
