Pared proposal
To the editor:
From a proposed and rejected 200,000 square feet to a proposed and rejected 150,000 square feet to an apparently feasible 132,000 square feet. Will 34 percent smaller really mean less traffic, or has it always really been about not having a discount grocery store to shut down the dying Dillons on Sixth Street and cut the neighboring Hy-Vee’s sales by half?
