Coto De Caza, Calif. ? Kansas University’s women’s golf team placed eighth in a 13-team field at the UC Irvine Anteater Invitational.

Kansas finished with a three-round total of 966. UC Irvine won with a score of 925.

Kansas will compete March 23 in the Rawls Longhorn Classic in Austin, Texas.
