While baseball season has begun, it's still a couple weeks until spring officially begins. Members of Kansas University's baseball team took to the field Thursday at Hoglund Ballpark to remove a blanket of snow from the field before that afternoon's game. The effort was worth it as KU defeated Western Michigan 8-1.
