Viola M. ‘Vi’ Cusack
Services for Viola M. “Vi” Cusack, 91, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Kansas City, Mo. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Kansas City, Mo.
Mrs. Cusack died Wednesday, June 25, 2003, at her daughter’s home in Lawrence.
She was born May 1, 1912, in Chillicothe, Mo., the daughter of Frank and Leona (Hunter) Gorman. She lived most of her life in the Kansas City area.
Mrs. Cusack was a homemaker and worked as credit manager at Menorah Hospital and in public relations for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
She married John Patrick Cusack, who died earlier.
Survivors include a daughter, Joan Bauman, Lawrence; a brother, Paul Gorman, Prairie Village; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Barbara Casey, died earlier.
Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at McGilley State Line Chapel, 12301 State Line Road, Kansas City, Mo.
