Robert D. ‘Rocky’ Hoffman

Leavenworth ? Services for Robert D. “Rocky” Hoffman, 51, Hollister, Mo., will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Belden-Sexton-Sumpter Funeral Chapel, Leavenworth. Burial will follow in Mt. Muncie Cemetery, Leavenworth.

Mr. Hoffman died Saturday, June 21, 2003, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.

He was born June 1, 1952, in Iola, the son of Earl and Lucille (Ruby) Hoffman.

Mr. Hoffman worked for Deluxe Corp., Lenexa, in the shipping department for 28 years until his retirement. He was a member of the Deluxe Retirement Club.

He married Nancy Jennings on July 10, 1971, in Leavenworth. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include his mother, Lucille Weyer, Leavenworth; two daughters, Shawn Howell, Fort Bragg, N.C. and Sarah Ideker, Lawrence; and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
