Jay P. Stover

? Services for Jay P. Stover, 80, Lake St. Louis, will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Chapel of the Lake in Lake St. Louis.

Mr. Stover died Sunday, June 22, 2003, at St. Louis University Hospital.

He was born Sept. 11, 1922, in Baldwin, Kan., the son of Joseph P. and Mae (Dean) Stover.

Mr. Stover served in the U.S. Marine Air Corps from 1943 to 1946, achieving the rank of captain. He also was a senior sales manager for Tenenbaum & Associates, Clayton, for 10 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 632, Chapel of the Lake church, Monday Night Senior Couples Golf League and Tuesday Morning Seniors Golf League.

He was married on Oct. 1, 1966, in Tulsa, Okla. His wife, Patricia H. Stover, survives of the home.

Other survivors include three sons, Max G. Munder, Eureka, Michael J. Munder, St. Peters, and Scott P. Munder, Troy; three daughters, Nola D. Beck, Austin, Texas, Melanie J. Konski, Surprise, Ariz., and Rita R. Moessmer, Manchester; a sister, Janice Madl, Baldwin, Kan.; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call at the Chapel of the Lake from 4 p.m. until service time Friday.
