Clothing-free group plans open house

Topeka — The Lake Edun Foundation plans an open house from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at its facility at 5501 S.W. Indian Hills Road, southwest of Topeka.

The Lake Edun Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation that provides education about clothing-free lifestyles.

Foundation members will provide tours of the facility and explain the group’s activities. Visitors must be fully clothed from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday; clothing will be optional from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a bag of clothing to donate to Let’s Help in Topeka. For more information, contact the foundation at (785) 478-2276.

Tornado victims urged to complete application

Residents and businesses affected by the May tornadoes should complete and return their application for loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The application qualifies recipients for several federal and state assistance programs.
