Bring back bell
To the editor:
To the person(s) who removed the cowbell from the downtown “Jayhawk as a Cow on Parade,” please return it so that we can all enjoy the entire work. As one observer noted, it “stinks” that it’s gone. Be a good neighbor and don’t rob anyone else of the fun. Thank you.
