Graveside services for Ada Madalyn Collins, 69, Baldwin, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Lawrence Memorial Park Cemetery.
She died Sunday, July 13, 2003, at her home.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lamb-Roberts Funeral Home, Baldwin.
