Jalinda and Caleb Blanding
Jalinda Kay Haskett, Hays, and Caleb James Blanding, Beloit, were married March 1, 2003, at Central United Methodist Church in Lawrence with the Rev. Noel Stephens officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jack and Jeanette Haskett, Plainville, and Marilyn and Larry St. Peter, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Larry and Deb Blanding, Beloit, and Linda Cain-Blanding, Jupiter, Fla.
Matron of honor was Rachael Werth. Best man was Parrish Blanding. Bridesmaids were Jessica Blake, Justina Haskett, Marla Mooney, Wendy Osner and Melissa Thompson. Groomsmen were Elliott Clark, Ryan Swartz, Erik Shupe, Richard Roper and Nestor Baños.
Abby St. Peter was junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Kaitlyn Haskett, Sophia Baños and Mena Blanding. Ring bearers were Kimble Haskett and Parrish B. Blanding. Candle lighters were Ariana Baños, Erin Snodgrass and Abby St. Peter.
A reception was at the Eagle Lounge in Lawrence.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of Hays High School. She received a bachelor’s degree in fitness and wellness from Bethany College in 1999. She works as a clinical technician for an optometrist in Olathe.
The groom is a 1995 graduate of Beloit High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in business from Bethany College in 1999. He received a master’s degree in accounting from Kansas State University in 2001. He is a franchise auditor for Cendant Corp., Kansas City, Kan.
The couple reside in Kansas City, Kan.

Maureen Gillespie Dawson and Keith Dawson
Maureen Gillespie and Keith Dawson, both of Lawrence, were married May 3, 2003, at the St. Lawrence Catholic Chapel in Lawrence with the Rev. Vince Krische officiating.
The bride is the daughter of the late Therese and John Gillespie. The groom is the son of Beverly and Donn Dawson Sr., Westlake, Ohio.
Bridal attendants were Alice Gillespie, Katharine Gillespie and Leslie Neuberger. Groomsmen were Martin Daeufel, Mark Chambers and Donn Dawson Jr. Ushers were John Gillespie and Nick Gillespie. Lectors were Caroline Jewers and David Dinneen. Gift bearers were Georgianne Dauefel and Laura Legrand. Altar server was Jack Hope. Guest book attendants were Tina Isaac and Janice Andes. Music was provided by the St. Lawrence Choir.
A reception was at the Eldridge Hotel.
The bride is a graduate of Mater Dei High School, New Monmouth, N.J. She earned a bachelor of science in biology from Rutgers University, a master’s degree in French from Middlebury College, and a doctorate in French from New York University. She is an assistant professor of French at Kansas University.
The groom is a graduate of Westlake High School, Westlake, Ohio. He earned a bachelor of science in business from the University of Akron and a bachelor of arts in history and international relations from Cleveland State University. He is an information specialist at KU.
The couple reside in Lawrence.

Terri and James Tullis
Terri Koleber and James Tullis, both of Lawrence, were married Jan. 11, 2003, at Reno Church in Tonganoxie with Steve Prue officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Yvoune Koleber, McLouth. The groom is the son of Jim and Dorina Schonherr, McLouth; Debra and Gary Dixon, Leavenworth; and Robert and Helen Tullis, McLouth.
Maid of honor was Candy Koleber. Best man was Justin Horun. Bridesmaid was Heather Smith. Groomsman was Kurtis Saim. Flower girls were Katie Smith and Dominique Tullis. Ushers were Clayton Garrow and Chase Garrow. Guest book attendant was Lynne Smith.
A reception was at Shoemaker’s in Tonganoxie.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Lawrence High School. She earned a bachelor of science in education from Kansas University in May 2003.
The groom is a 1998 graduate of McLouth High School. He is pursuing a degree in exercise science at KU.
