Eric Douglas Allen

Horton ? Services for Eric “Ke-Dab-Kote” Douglas Allen, 32, Baldwin, will be at 5:30 p.m. today at Kickapoo Community Building on the Kickapoo Reservation west of Horton. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Kennekuk Indian Cemetery on the Kickapoo Reservation.

Mr. Allen died Thursday, July 10, 2003, at KU Med, Kansas City, Kan.

He was born Sept. 15, 1970, in Topeka, the son of Virgil and Ellen (Simon) Allen.

Mr. Allen was a graduate of Baldwin High School. He attended Fort Scott Community College and Haskell Indian Nations University.

He was a member of Kickapoo Tribe and Kennekuk Church.

Survivors include his parents, of Baldwin; a grandmother, Ruby Allen, Winchester; and a brother, Benjamin, Baldwin.

Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary, Horton, is in charge of arrangements.
