Charles and Jozina Roberman

Charles and Jozina Roberman, Lawrence, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with an informal reception from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. July 13 at the Smith Center in Lawrence. Family and friends are invited to attend.

Charles Roberman and Jozina Abel were married July 13, 1933, in Topeka. They have lived their married lives in Lawrence. Both are retired from Kansas University. Charles was a campus policeman. Jozina worked in the registrar’s office.

Their children are Irene Blom, Lawrence; Charles Roberman, Spring, Texas; Grace Ellis, Iowa City, Iowa; and Charlene Reynolds, Andover. They have 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Howard and Wanda Price, Lawrence, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Howard Price and Wanda Baecker were married June 7, 1952, in Eudora. Howard retired from Farmland Industries as traffic coordinator.

They have two children, Matt Price, Houston, and Lori Price MacDonald, Moorestown, N.J.
