Hunt Valley, Md. ? Ampacco Inc. has recalled some 9,000 pouches of Always Save Taco Seasoning Mix, the company announced Wednesday.

The 1.25-ounce pouches contain brown gravy mix instead of taco seasoning mix along with undeclared wheat, soy and milk ingredients, which could harm people with allergies to those products.

The pouches have the code date OCT2804BH and UPC code 70038 33660. They were distributed to groceries in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

Consumers should return the seasoning mix to the store where they purchased it for a refund.
