L.V. Hunter

Lincoln, Kan. ? Services for L.V. Hunter, 96, Overland Park, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Hall Chapel in Lincoln. Burial will be in Greenwood Union in Hunter.

Mr. Hunter died Friday, Jan. 17, 2003, in Overland Park.

He was born Nov. 20, 1906, in Hunter, the son of Grover and Maude (Francis) Hunter.

He was a retired Union Pacific section foreman.

He first wife, Lottie Bell Hunter, and his second wife, Irene Hunter, died earlier.

Survivors include three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A son, Dewayne, died earlier.

Friends may call before the service Monday at Hall Chapel.

The family suggests memorials to American Cancer Society.
