Martha Frankie Bell Beal

Salina ? Services for Martha Frankie Bell Beal, 77, Topeka, will be at 1 p.m. at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church in Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.

Mrs. Beal died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2003, at Midland Hospice in Topeka.

She was born April 30, 1925, in Pocahantas, Miss., the daughter of K.C. and Minnie (Brown) Calhoun.

Mrs. Beal was a laborer at Paris Manufacturing in Salina until she retired in 1985. She also worked at Wyatt Manufacturing. She was a member of St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church.

She married Jonas Beal. He died earlier.

Survivors include three daughters, Stella Harvey, Salina, Janet Delaughter, Topeka, and Kaylor Beal, Lawrence; a sister, Geneva Hopkins, Clinton, Miss.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Carlson-Ford-Geisendorf Funeral Home in Salina.
