“Right Between the Ears,” Kansas Public Radio’s award-winning comedy show, will broadcast live next weekend from downtown Lawrence.

The first show of 2003 will be served up at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Liberty Hall, 642 Mass. St.

The later show will be broadcast live on Kansas Public Radio stations and streamed on the Web at http://kpr.ku.edu.

Among the targets for lampoonery are the coming U.S. war with Iraq; the self-styled King of Pop, Michael Jackson; TV’s “The Bachelorette”; radio newsman Paul Harvey, Anna Nicole Smith; and infomercial king Ron Popeil.
