Heidi R. Domingos Childers

Mrs. Childers died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2003, in a one-car accident southeast of Topeka. She will be cremated.

She was born Nov. 16, 1972, in Olathe, the daughter of Leon and Sharon (Herweg) Haynes. She grew up and attended school in Lawrence. She moved to Topeka in 1994.

Mrs. Childers worked for McLouth Construction Co.

She married Manuel Domingos on July 26, 1998, in Tecumseh. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a stepson, Cameron Domingos, Topeka; a stepdaughter, Haley Domingos, Topeka; her father and stepmother, Leon and Jackie Haynes, Temple, Texas; her mother, Sharon Childers, Berryton; two sisters, Marcie Childers, Bristol, Conn., and Wendy Jeter, Berryton; and three stepsisters, Tina Wells and Dawn Holland, both of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Charity Gueller, San Antonio.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday at Penwell-Gabel Highland Chapel in Topeka, where family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.
