Stines-Mealman

Krista Lane Stines, Lawrence, and Greg Alan Mealman, Gardner, were married Nov. 25, 2002, in Nassau, Bahamas.

The bride is the daughter of Phil and Marcia Stines, Hutchinson. The groom is the son of Neil and Michele Campbell, Edgerton. Grandparents are Max and Bette Stines, Grand Prairie, Texas; James and Juanita Lazelle, Arkansas City; and Dick and Dot Mealman, Olathe.

Matron of honor was Lisa Parsons. Best man was Larry Jones.

The couple had a reception Dec. 14 in Lawrence.

The bride graduated from Emporia State University and Kansas State University. She is a business teacher and head of the business department at Free State High School.

The groom graduated from Washburn University. He is a field account executive for Sprint.

The couple reside in Gardner.

Brendlinger-Boyd

Amy Elizabeth Brendlinger and Jack Browning Boyd, both of Kansas City, Mo., were married Aug. 30, 2002, at the Graham Tyler Memorial Chapel at Park University, Parkville, Mo., with the Rev. Richard Vogel officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Robert Brendlinger, Overland Park, and Carla Jackson, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Andrew Boyd, Chatham, N.J., and Linda Boyd, Lawrence.

Matron of honor was Heather Page. Best man was Bill Brady.

Bridesmaids were Jamie Baker, Jennifer Boniedot and Faith Nixon. Groomsmen were Ross Boyd, Kyle Laval and Cary Stegall.

Flower girls were Elinor Birchfield and Madeline Birchfield. Ring bearers were Adam Christian and Jack Thomas. Wolfgang Reisinger was organist. Amy Lee and Rick Frydman were vocalists. Evan Jackson was usher.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Doubletree Hotel in Kansas City, Mo.

The bride is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. She received a bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is an aesthetician with Dr. Thomas Geraghty.

The groom is a graduate of Lawrence High School. He graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute with a bachelor of fine arts degree in painting. He is self-employed as a remodeling contractor. He performs with The Kelihans, an Irish band.

The couple reside in Kansas City, Mo.
