Burglaries and thefts reported

• An $850 Cannondale bicycle and a $350 Trek bicycle disappeared between Dec. 13 and Monday from a residence in the 800 block of East 12th Street, according to a police report.
• A burglar forced entry into a home in the 1400 block of Kentucky and took a Kansas University student’s $4,000 Dell laptop computer. It happened between 4 p.m. Friday and 12:45 a.m. Tuesday, according to a police report.
