Lawrence Eugene Wood

Lakewood, Colo. ? ervices for Lawrence Eugene Wood, 84, Wheatridge, were Dec. 1 in Lakewood. Burial was Dec. 3 in Boise, Idaho.

Mr. Wood died Nov. 27, 2003, in Boulder.

He was born June 6, 1919, in Harrison, Ark., the son of Charles Henry and Beulah (Pettit) Wood.

Mr. Wood served in the Merchant Marines and was a salesman.

He married Hazel L. Peters. They were divorced in 1973.

Survivors include a daughter, Gail Racy, Atlanta; two sons, Dan, Springfield, Mo., and Tom, Lawrence, Kan.; a brother, Joseph, Los Angeles; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A son, Don Eugene, died Sept. 20, 1949.

Olinger-Runyan-Stevenson-Capitol Mortuary in Lakewood was in charge of arrangements.
