Baldwin ? Four Baker University football players were selected to the Heart of America Athletic Conference first team by conference coaches.

Junior running back Jon Reeves of Palestine, Texas, junior offensive lineman Nick Codutti of Springfield, Mo., senior linebacker Jason Martinez of Wichita, and junior punter Karl Halamicek of Lucerne Valley, Calif., were honored.

Reeves tallied 1,550 yards and 15 touchdowns on 281 carries with rushing performances of 274 and 224 yards in the season’s final two games. Martinez had 12 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks in eight games, and Halamicek averaged 38.9 yards per punt.
