Sharon K. (Mayhugh) Coup

Mrs. Coup died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2003, at Salina Regional Health Center.

She was born April 3, 1949, in Parsons, the daughter of Henry and Patricia (Ackley) Tunget.

Mrs. Coup grew up in the Baldwin and Lawrence area and graduated from Lawrence High School. She later moved to Abilene and was a homemaker.

She married Don Coup on Nov. 8, 1980, in Talmage. He survives of the home.

Other survivors include a daughter, Shelly Ihnken, Abilene; a son, Jon Williams, Kansas City, Kan.; her mother and stepfather, Patricia and Chuck Wise, Wellsville; four brothers, Sonny Tunget, Sam Tunget and Roger Mayhugh, all of Lawrence; and Kurt Mayhugh, Pea Ridge, Ark.; a sister, Dana Robertson, Baldwin; and seven grandchildren.
