Kay L. Walter

De Soto ? Services for Kay L. Walter, 46, Kansas City, Kan., were April 17 at De Soto Baptist Church. Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Walter died Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at KU Med.

She was born Sept. 2, 1956, in Kansas City, Kan., and lived in the Kansas City area most of her life. She was a member of De Soto Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Randal Walker, of the home; two daughters, Brandy Walter, Kansas City, Kan., and Sandy Mitchell, Blue Springs, Mo.; a brother, William Thomas, Shawnee Mission; seven sisters, Helen Patton, Donna Brown, Wanda Hughes, all of North Kansas City, Mo., Rosalie Steffey, Eudora, JoAnn Thompson, De Soto, Margaret Thompson, Blue Mound, and Kathy Baker, Houston; and a grandson.
