Janie S. Crownover

DeSoto ? Services for Janie S. Crownover, 40, Tonganoxie, will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, DeSoto.

Ms. Crownover died Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2002, at Kansas University Medical Center.

She was born June 15, 1962, in Gardner, the daughter of William and Betty Jane (Ryan) Crownover. She had lived in DeSoto for 31 years.

Ms. Crownover trained, showed and bred Arabian horses. She was Abdullah Shrine Rodeo Queen.

Survivors include her parents, Tonganoxie; a companion, Ronald Jones, Tonganoxie; and two brothers, Pepper Crownover, Utah, and Dennis Crownover, Gardner.
