Agency offers tips on seeking health care

The government has been tracking the increase in medical errors and has come up with a list of tips for people seeking care from health providers.

The federal Agency for Health Care Research and Quality has developed this list to help people make informed decisions and improve communication with providers.

It is available free, in English and Spanish; download it from the Web at www.ahrq.gov or call (800) 358-9295 and ask for the materials in Q-Pack.
